1375.75 foot boundary line of Charles G. Schultz
subdivision, recorded among the land records of Prince
George's County, Maryland, in plat book B. B. 7 as plat no.
93, thence in a westerly, southerly and easterly direction
with and along the north, west and southern boundary lines
of the subdivision to the intersection of the north 83° 01'
west, 722.1 foot boundary line of the Charles G. Schultz
subdivision with the west right of way line of Branch
Avenue, thence in a southerly direction with and along the
west right of way line of Branch Avenue to a point north of,
at right angles to and 300 feet distant from the north line
of the road running between Clinton and Woodyard, thence in
an easterly direction north of, parallel to and 300 feet
distant from the north line of the road running between
Clinton and Woodyard to a point at right angles to the
northeast corner of lot 1, block 3, of a subdivision
entitled, "Clinton Vista", recorded among the aforesaid land
records in plat book B. B. 10 as plat no. 68, thence in a
southerly direction and at right angles to the north line of
the road to the northeast corner of lot 1, block 3, thence
in a southerly direction with and along the east line of
block 3 to the southeast corner of lot 15, block 3, of the
subdivision of "Clinton Vista", thence in a westerly
direction with and along the south boundary line of the
subdivision to its intersection with the east line of James
G. Ballard's subdivision, recorded among the aforesaid land
records in plat book B. B. 8, as plat no. 24, thence in a
southerly and westerly direction with and along the east and
south boundary line of James G. Ballard's subdivision to
the southwest corner of lot 11-A, as shown on the aforesaid
plat of James G. Ballard's subdivision, thence in a
southerly direction in a straight line to the center of
Piney Creek where the creek crosses the road running between
Surrattsville and Cheltenham, thence southerly with the
center line of Piney Creek to the center line of Piscataway
Creek thence southwesterly with the center line of
Piscataway Creek to the center line of a small branch which
runs southerly from a point near the intersection of Thrift
Road and Tippett Road, thence northerly with the center line
of the small branch to the center line of Thrift Road at a
point near the road to Tippett, thence with the center line
of Thrift Road to the center line of Tippett Road, thence
northerly with the center line of Tippett Road to the center
line of the Clinton-Piscataway Road, thence northeasterly
with the center line of the Clinton-Piscataway Road to a
point south of, at right angles to and 500 feet distant from
the south side of Steed Road, thence in a northwesterly
direction, south of, parallel to and 500 feet distant from
the south line of Steed Road to the center line of Tinkers
Creek, thence in a northeasterly direction along the center
of Tinkers Creek to a point 500 feet east of and at right
angles to the east side of the Possum Pike, thence in a
northerly direction east of, parallel to and 500 feet
distant from the east side of the Possum Pike to the present
boundary of the Washington Suburban Sanitary District,
