the beginning of the twelfth line of parcel one of a deed
from Merrill D. Knight, et ux, to the Julian Assets Company,
dated August 5, 1937, and recorded among the aforesaid land
records in liber 675 at folio 397, thence in a northerly and
easterly direction with and along the twelfth through the
twenty-fourth lines and the easterly prolongation of the
twenty-fourth line of parcel one of the aforesaid deed from
Merrill D. Knight, et ux, to the Julian Assets Company, to
the center of the Falls Road, thence along the center line
of Great Falls Road in a southwesterly direction to the
intersection of the Great Falls Road and the southerly
boundaries of the Joseph Luria Tract as described in the
deed recorded among the land records of Montgomery County,
Maryland, in liber 1888 at folio 213, the tract being
commonly known as the Rockville Fruit Farm; thence easterly
along the southern boundaries of the Rockville Fruit Farm a
distance of about 2,550 feet, more or less, to the
southeasterly corner of the Rockville Fruit Farm; thence in
a straight line, southeasterly to intersect the Seven Locks
Road at a point 300 feet northeast of Montrose Road at its
