Ch. 766

(a) The area herein described is hereby added to the
Washington Suburban Sanitary District created by chapter 122
of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1918: All that area
in Montgomery County lying within the following described
boundaries: Beginning for the same at the point of
intersection of the center line of Bells Mill Road and the
present boundary line of the Washington Suburban Sanitary
District and running thence westerly with the center line of
Bells Mill Road to the center line of Seven Locks Road,
thence northerly with the center line of Seven Locks Road to
the beginning of the eighth or last line of parcel no. 1, of
a deed from Sol Deutsch, unmarried, to Nathan M. Lubar, et
al., dated February 1, 1955, recorded among the land records
of Montgomery County, Maryland, in liber 2020 at folio 257,
thence in a westerly direction with and along the eighth or
last line of parcel no. 1 to the end thereof, the point
being on the center line of Bells Mill Road, thence
northerly with the center line of Bells Mill Road to the
bend in Bells Mill Road at the northwest corner of parcel
no. 1, of the aforesaid deed from Sol Deutsch, unmarried, to
Nathan M. Lubar, et al., thence in a northerly direction
with the center line of the road running between the Bells
Mill Road and Tuckerman Lane to a point in the center of
Tuckerman Lane, the point being approximately 90 feet west
of the intersection of the southerly prolongation of the
eleventh line of a deed from Mary P. Bradley, unmarried, to
Richard D. LaGarde, et ux, dated November 9, 1937, and
recorded among the aforesaid land records in liber 685 at
folio 194, thence in an easterly direction with the center
line of Tuckerman Lane to intersect the southerly
prolongation of the eleventh deed line, thence in a
northeasterly and northwesterly direction with and along the
southerly prolongation of the eleventh and the eleventh,
first, second and third lines of the aforesaid deed from
Mary P. Bradley, unmarried, to Richard D. LaGarde, et ux, to
the beginning of the first line of a deed from Laura W.
Tuckerman, unmarried, to Richard D. LaGarde, et ux, dated
November 12, 1937, and recorded among the aforesaid land
records in liber 685 at folio 192, thence in a northwesterly
direction with and along the first line of the aforesaid
deed from Laura W. Tuckerman, unmarried, to Richard D.
LaGarde, et ux, to the end of the fifth line of a deed from
Edward C. Allnutt, et ux, to Richard D. LaGarde, et ux,
dated November 17, 1937, and recorded among the aforesaid
land records in liber 685 at folio 217, thence in a
northwesterly direction, reversely with and along the fifth
and fourth lines of the aforesaid deed from Edward C.
Allnutt, et ux, to Richard D. LaGarde, et ux, to the
beginning of the fifth line of a deed from Robert L. Tolson,
unmarried, to Edward C. Allnutt, et ux, dated February 15,
1926, and recorded among the aforesaid land records in liber
394 at folio 64, thence in a westerly direction with and
along a part of the fifth line of the aforesaid deed from
Robert L. Tolson, unmarried, to Edward C. Allnutt, et ux, to
the end of the fourth line of a deed from Edward C. Allnutt,
