retired, provided that the member at the time he specifies
for his retirement shall have attained: (i) 30 years of
[creditable] ELIGIBILITY service, or (ii) the age and has
years of [creditable] ELIGIBILITY service as follows and
notwithstanding that during the period of notification he
may have separated from service:

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.

AN ACT concerning

Washington Suburban Sanitary District - Area Laws and

Boundary Descriptions

PG/MC 35-82

FOR the purpose of transferring the boundaries and certain
special provisions of the Washington Suburban Sanitary
District from the Annotated Code to the Session Laws;
providing that the boundaries of the Washington
Suburban Sanitary District are as found in the Session
Laws; and generally relating to the boundaries and area
laws of the Washington Suburban Sanitary District.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, and
transferring

Article 67 - Washington Suburban Sanitary District
Section 19-1 through 19-58, inclusive, from the Code to

the Session Laws
Annotated Code of Maryland
