[157.

It shall be the duty of the owner, manager, lessee or
person responsible for the operation of every motion picture
theatre to have the following notice shown on the screen
once during every complete performance:

NOTICE

For your own safety LOOK for your nearest EXIT.

In case of emergency WALK do not RUN to the EXIT.

This notice required by law.

Any person violating the provisions of this section
shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof
shall be subject to a fine not more than $50.00 for each
violation.]

Article 38A - Fires and Investigations

[47.

(a)  Every passenger elevator in a permanent
installation used by the public shall have a sign reading
"Warning — elevators shall not be used in event of fire --
use marked exit stairways" posted at the entrance to the
elevator shaft on every floor. The sign shall be posted
directly above the call button. A similar sign shall be
posted within the elevator cabin. The tops of these signs
shall not be more than six feet above the floor and the
lettering in the word "warning" shall be at least three
eighths of an inch and the rest of the lettering shall be at
least one-quarter inch. The Fire Marshal shall promulgate
rules concerning the lettering to assure that the sign is
easily readable.

(b)  Any person responsible for a violation of this
section shall be subject to the penalties as provided by §
13 of this article.]

(O) (1) EVERY PASSENGER ELEVATOR IN A PERMANENT
INSTALLATION USED BY THE PUBLIC SHALL HAVE A SIGN READING
