SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
read(s) as follows:
Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages
19.
(a) A Class B beer, wine and liquor license shall be
issued by the clerk of the circuit court of the county in

alcoholic beverages at retail at any hotel or restaurant at

is payable to the clerk, before any license is issued, for
distribution as provided in this article.
