dividing the number of students in Lida Lee Tall School by
the total number of students enrolled in Baltimore County
and the Lida Lee Tall School.

[(6)] (7) In fiscal year 1982, the current
expense aid received by a county or Baltimore City under
this subsection shall be no less than the current expense
aid received under this subsection in fiscal year 1981.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.

(House Bill 1781)

AN ACT concerning

Prince George's County - Alcoholic Beverages
(Licenses)

FOR the purpose of specifying residency requirements for
members of certain businesses applying for alcoholic
beverages licenses in Prince George's County; providing
that a certain residency requirement does not apply to
an issuance renewal or transfer of certain licenses;
specifying a procedure for license application;
providing that a majority of corporate stock shall be
held by Prince George's residents before a license may
be issued, renewed, or transferred; requiring the
inclusion of certain information on license
applications; specifying certain procedures for license
application by close corporations; providing
exemptions; providing that the enumerated residency
requirements shall apply to all license issuance,
renewals, or transfers; requiring the Prince George's
Board of License Commissioners to apply the residency
requirements to license applications; providing for
license renewal after compliance with the residency
requirements; specifying penalties for failure to
comply with the residency requirements; requiring
license assignees or transferees to comply with the
residency requirements before the license is issued;
clarifying language; and generally providing for
residency requirements for alcoholic beverages
licensees in Prince George's County.

BY repealing and reenacting, without amendments,
