(ii) Pays the full examination fee; AND

(III) COMPLETES AN EDUCATION PROGRAM THAT
THE BOARD REQUIRES.

(a) Subject to the provisions of this section, the
Board may waive [any] THE THEORY SECTION OF THE examination
requirement of this title for an individual who is licensed
to practice electrology in any other state.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.
