7-606. ANNUAL REEVALUATION.

AT LEAST ONCE A YEAR, EACH MENTALLY RETARDED INDIVIDUAL
WHO IS ADMITTED TO A FACILITY SHALL BE REEVALUATED IN
ACCORDANCE WITH RULES, REGULATIONS, AND STANDARDS THAT THE
ADMINISTRATION ADOPTS.

7-607. DIRECTOR'S ACCESS.

ON REQUEST, THE ADMINISTRATIVE HEAD OF EACH FACILITY
SHALL GIVE . TO THE DIRECTOR OR A REPRESENTATIVE OF THE
DIRECTOR:

(1)  ANY INFORMATION THAT THE ADMINISTRATIVE HEAD
HAS ABOUT A MENTALLY RETARDED INDIVIDUAL;

(2)  ACCESS TO ANY MENTALLY RETARDED INDIVIDUAL;
AND

(3)  ACCESS TO ANY PART OF THE FACILITY.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section formerly appeared as
Article 59A, § 18(e)(1), (3), and (4).

In the introductory clause of this section, the
reference to "public or private", which formerly
modified "facility", is deleted as unnecessary.

In the introductory clause and item (1) of this
section, the term "administrative head" is
substituted for "superintendent", to standardize
the references to this position. See revisor's
note to § 7-204(c) of this title.
