(a) (1) The Administration shall construct,
reconstruct, and maintain the county roads in Calvert,
Cecil, Charles, Kent, [St. Mary's,] and Talbot counties.

(2) THE ADMINISTRATION MAY CONSTRUCT, AND
RECONSTRUCT, AND SHALL MAINTAIN THE COUNTY ROADS IN ST.
MARY'S COUNTY.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.

Jack F. Tolbert Memorial Student Grant Program

FOR the purpose of specifying that the existing program of
postsecondary proprietary student grants shall be named
in honor of Jack F. Tolbert.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland

18-1201.

There is a program of postsecondary proprietary student
grants in this State, KNOWN AS THE JACK F. TOLBERT MEMORIAL
STUDENT GRANT PROGRAM, that are awarded under this subtitle.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.
