AN ACT concerning

Wicomico County - Alcoholic Beverages

FOR the purpose of providing for alcoholic beverages license
application fees in Wicomico County; providing that
this license fee shall be used for certain purposes;
providing an exemption for renewal or transfer
applications; requiring a certain fee for license
transfer or assignment; authorizing the closure of
seasonally operated premises for a certain time upon
compliance with certain procedures; specifying hours of
operation for a certain class of alcoholic beverages
licensee; altering the annual compensation of the
members of Wicomico County and the attorney for the
board of license commissioners; and generally relating
to alcoholic beverages laws in Wicomico County.
