and to deliver the same in a sealed package or container
which package or container may not be opened nor its
contents consumed on the premises where sold. The annual
fee for this license is $500, except as otherwise provided
in this section, and in all cases the fee shall be payable
to the clerk before any such license is issued, for
distribution as hereinafter provided.

(h) In Caroline County the annual license fee is
[$1,000] $1,250.

19.

(a) A Class B beer, wine and liquor license shall be
issued by the clerk of the circuit court of the county in
which the place of business is located, or by the clerk of
the Court of Common Pleas for Baltimore City, if the place
of business is located in the city and the license
authorizes its holder to keep for sale and sell all
alcoholic beverages at retail at any hotel or restaurant at
the place described, for consumption on the premises or
elsewhere, or as provided in the following subsections. The
annual fee for this license is $750, except as provided, and
is payable to the clerk, before any license is issued, for
distribution as provided in this article.

(g) In Caroline County, bona fide hotels and
restaurants, AS DEFINED BY THE BOARD OF LIQUOR LICENSE
COMMISSIONERS, shall be entitled to serve liquors, wines and
beers by the drink only and only upon the premises. On
Sunday, sales shall only be made by seven-day licensees and
shall only be permitted between the hours of 12 o'clock
midnight on Saturday and 2 o'clock a.m. ON SUNDAY and
between THE HOURS OF 12 o'clock noon and 12 o'clock
midnight. The annual license [fees] FEE for [the license is
$750 for a six day license and $1,000 for a seven day
license] A 6 DAY LICENSE IS $1,000, AND $1,250 FOR A 7 DAY
LICENSE.

20.

(a) A Class C beer, wine and liquor license shall be
issued by the clerk of the circuit court of the county in
which the place of business is located, or by the clerk of
the Court of Common Pleas for Baltimore City, if the place
of business is located in said city, and shall authorize the
holder thereof to keep for sale and sell all alcoholic
beverages at retail at any club, at the place therein
described, for consumption on the premises only; except in
Kent and Queen Anne's counties where beer may be sold for
consumption off the premises. The annual fee for such a
license shall be two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00),
and shall be payable to such clerk, before any such license
is issued, for distribution as hereinafter provided.
