(q) This section shall not apply to Allegany,
[Caroline,] Charles, Dorchester, Garrett, Queen Anne's, and
Talbot counties, in all of which jurisdictions such licenses
shall not be issued.

14A.

(a) A Class H beer and light wine license shall be
issued by the clerk of the circuit court of the county in
which the place of business is located, or by the clerk of
the Court of Common Pleas of Baltimore City, if the place of
business is located in that city, and authorizes the holder
to keep for sale and sell beer and light wines at retail at
any hotel or restaurant, at the place therein described, for
consumption on the premises. The annual fee for the license
is $200, and is payable to the clerk, before any license is
issued, for distribution as provided.

(c) In Caroline County the annual license fee is
($300] $500.

16.

(a) A Class D beer and light wine license shall be
issued by the clerk of the circuit court of the county in
which the place of business is located, or by the clerk of
the Court of Common Pleas of Baltimore City, if the place of
business is located in the city. The license authorizes its
holder to keep for sale and to sell beer and light wines at
retail, at the place described in the license, for
consumption on the premises or elsewhere. The license may
not be issued for any drugstore. The annual fee for the
license is $60, and shall be payable to the clerk, before
any license is issued, for distribution as provided in this
article.

(g) [This section does not apply to Caroline County]
IN CAROLINE COUNTY THE ANNUAL LICENSE FEE IS $500.

(z) This section does not apply to the City of
Annapolis nor to Calvert, [Caroline,] Dorchester, Frederick,
Harford, Kent, Queen Anne's, St. Mary's, and Talbot
counties, in all of which jurisdictions the licenses may not
be issued.

18.

(a) A Class A beer, wine and liquor license shall be
issued by the clerk of the circuit court of the county in
which the place of business is located, or by the clerk of
the Court of Common Pleas of Baltimore City, if the place of
business is located in that city, and shall authorize the
holder to keep for sale and to sell all alcoholic beverages
at retail, in any quantity, at the place therein described,
