(3) The Secretary shall appoint[:

(i) One engineer member from the
Department; and

(ii) One industrial wastewater works
superintendent member.] 1 ENGINEER MEMBER FROM THE
DEPARTMENT.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.

(House Bill 432)

AN ACT concerning

Radiation Control - Remedies

FOR the purpose of establishing altering certain criminal
and penalties and authorizing certain civil penalties
and authorizing injunctive relief under certain
circumstances for violations of the Radiation Control
Act radiation title, rules and regulations promulgated
under that Act title, and certain licenses,
registration certificates, or orders issued by the
Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene; and authorizing
the compromise and settlement of any claim for a civil
penalty under certain circumstances.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
