(2)  The term of 1 member appointed on June 1,
1979 shall expire on May 31, 1983.

(3)  The term of 1 member appointed on June 1,
1981 shall expire on May 31, 1984.

(4)  The term of the consumer member appointed on
July 1, 1980 shall expire on June 30, 1984.

(5)  The term of 1 member appointed on June 1,
1981 shall expire on May 31, 1985.

(6)  The term of 1 member appointed on June 1,
1981 shall expire on May 31, 1986.

SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect June 1, 1982.

AN ACT concerning

Taxes - Interest Rate

FOR the purpose of providing that the interest payable on
certain unpaid taxes shall be adjusted to conform with
the rate of interest for unpaid federal taxes; and
generally relating to interest on taxes except under
certain circumstances; providing for a certain report.
