352 LAWS OF MARYLAND Ch. 21 SHALL ARRANGE FOR A COMPREHENSIVE EVALUATION OF THE (I) TO DETERMINE WHETHER THE INDIVIDUAL IS (II) IF SO, TO DETERMINE: 1. WHETHER, FOR THE PROTECTION OR 2. THE TYPE OF ENVIRONMENT IN WHICH (2) SUBJECT TO § 7-502(B) OF THIS SUBTITLE, WHEN (I) TO DETERMINE WHETHER THE INDIVIDUAL IS (II) IF SO, TO DETERMINE WHETHER THE (B) EVALUATION CONSIDERATIONS. IN DOING A COMPREHENSIVE EVALUATION OF AN INDIVIDUAL, (1) CONSIDER THE NEEDS OF: (I) THE INDIVIDUAL; AND (II) THE FAMILY UNIT OF THE INDIVIDUAL; (2) RECOMMEND APPROPRIATE SERVICES IN THE LEAST REVISOR'S NOTE: Subsection (a)(1) of this section is Subsection (a)(2) of this section is new language |
