shall take effect July 1, 1982.

AN ACT concerning

Scrap Metal Processors and Processing Facilities

FOR the purpose of removing scrap metal processing
facilities from the definition of "junkyard"; altering
the definition of definitions of "junk", "junk dealer",
and "junkyard"; altering certain provisions of law so
that scrap metal processors and processing facilities
are continued to be regulated and licensed in the same
manner as they currently are; and generally relating to
the regulation and licensing of scrap metal processors
and processing facilities.
