10.1-103.

EXCEPT FOR THE LANDOWNER, THE LAND LESSEE, OR A LAW
ENFORCEMENT OFFICER IN THE LINE OF DUTY, A PERSON MAY NOT
POSSESS OR DISCHARGE A FIREARM ON THE PROPERTY OF ANOTHER
WITHOUT EVIDENCE OF PERMISSION ON HIS PERSON.

10.1-104.

A PERSON WHO VIOLATES ANY PROVISION OF THIS TITLE IS
GUILTY OF A MISDEMEANOR, AND ON CONVICTION, MAY BE FINED NOT
MORE THAN $500 OR IMPRISONED FOR A TERM NOT TO EXCEED 30
DAYS, OR BOTH.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.

FOR the purpose of requiring a certain vehicle dealer to
keep original records of sales transactions at a
certain principal office and to keep a copy of those
records at an additional location permitting certain
vehicle dealers to keep certain records at a central
location under certain circumstances.
