AN ACT concerning

Permits - Sanitary Facilities

FOR the purpose of identifying certain activities related to
the physical construction and operation of a system of
water supply, sewerage or refuse disposal which may be
commenced prior to a permit being issued by the
Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene; and requiring
that, to the extent practicable, the Department of
Health and Mental Hygiene and other State agencies
shall consolidate all hearings related to different
permits required for the same landfill refuse disposal
system or sludge composting facility; and clarifying
language.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
