provide or has provided evidence of the commission of the
offense of murder, kidnapping, gambling, robbery, bribery,
extortion, or dealing in controlled dangerous substances, or
any conspiracy to commit any of the foregoing offenses. No
application or order shall be required if the interception
is lawful under the provisions of § 10-402(c) of this
subtitle.

(a) The Commission may reprimand or recommend to the
Governor the removal from office of the State Prosecutor if
after a hearing, it finds that he is guilty of misconduct in
office, persistent failure to perform the duties of his
office, MAKING FALSE STATEMENTS UNDER OATH OR AFFIRMATION,
MAKING SUBSTANTIAL FALSE STATEMENT TO THE COMMISSION
WHETHER OR NOT UNDER OATH, or conduct prejudicial to the
proper administration of justice.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.

AN ACT concerning
Washington County - Board of County Commissioners -
Licensing Appliance Installers
FOR the purpose of authorizing the Board of County
Commissioners of Washington County to license household
appliance installers to perform certain work incident
to the installation of home appliances; and authorizing
the Board to require that a licensing fee and
performance bond be given to qualify for the license.
