Act, but the provisions of this Act concerning the salaries
of the judges and Chief Judge of the Orphans' Court for
Baltimore County shall take effect at the beginning of the
next following term of office.

SECTION 3 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.

Environmental Noise Standards

FOR the purpose of providing that requiring the Department
of Health and Mental Hygiene to establish certain sound
level limits and noise control rules and regulations of
the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene may not
prohibit the operation of for certain residential
heating or air conditioning units.
