of the board shall receive [$30] $35 for each day employed
in the actual discharge of his official duties, not to
exceed in any one year the sum of [$300] $350. THE
CHAIRMAN, ASSOCIATE MEMBERS AND SUBSTITUTE MEMBER SHALL BE
REIMBURSED FOR EXPENSES INCCURRED IN THE PERFORMANCE OF
THEIR DUTIES IN ACCORDANCE WITH STATE STANDARD TRAVEL
REGULATIONS.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
may not be construed to extend or apply to the salary of the
Caroline County Board of License Commissioners in office on
the effective date of this Act, but the provisions of this
Act concerning the salary of the Caroline County Board of
License Commissioners shall take effect at the beginning of
the next following term of office.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.

AN ACT concerning

Cecil County - Revenue Bonds

FOR the purpose of altering the amount of revenue bonds,
notes, or other evidences of obligation that Cecil
County is authorized to issue to finance residential
mortgage loans; and altering the date that the
authority of Cecil County to issue and sell revenue
bonds expires.
