(2)  A person may not set or fish with any gill
net within 1,200 feet of any pier that supports either span
of the William Preston Lane, Jr. Memorial Bridge between May
1 and October 31, inclusive.

(3)  A person may not set or fish with any gill
net in the Chesapeake Bay, excluding its tributaries, south
of a line drawn from Howell Point to Taylor Island Point in
the upper bay to a line drawn from Kent Point to Curtis
Point in the mouth of West River between June 1 and October
31, inclusive.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.

FOR the purpose of altering the salaries of the chairman and
the members of the board of license commissioners of
Caroline County; providing reimbursement for expenses;
