COMPLY WITH THIS SUBTITLE.
(B) THE SECRETARY SHALL PRESCRIBE TO THE LANDOWNER
TECHNIQUES FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF MULTIFLORA ROSE.

The Secretary may accept, use, or expend any aid, gift,
or grant made available from any private or public source to
carry out the provisions of this subtitle.
9-606.
EACH FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THIS
SUBTITLE SHALL BE REPORTED TO THE STATE'S ATTORNEY FOR THE
COUNTY IN WHICH THE VIOLATION OCCURS. THE STATE'S ATTORNEY
SHALL PROSECUTE ALL VIOLATIONS AND BRING AN ACTION TO ENJOIN
ANY NUISANCE.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.

AN ACT concerning
Damages by Dogs
FOR the purpose of authorizing the County Council of
Baltimore County to prescribe the powers, duties, and
responsible persons to implement a procedure that
compensates inhabitants of Baltimore County for certain
damages by dogs to sheep, poultry, or livestock;
providing that certain moneys collected may be
deposited in the general funds of Baltimore County;
providing that the compensation may be paid from
general funds of the county; and providing that any
county may designate an official other than the sheriff
to receive applications for compensation of certain
damages by dogs; and generally relating to damages by
dogs.
