(D) IT IS UNLAWFUL TO OWN, OPERATE, KEEP, OR MAINTAIN
A MACHINE REQUIRED TO BE LICENSED UNDER THIS SECTION WITHOUT
DISPLAYING THE REQUIRED LICENSE TAG OR STICKER. IT IS
UNLAWFUL TO MAINTAIN AN ESTABLISHMENT CONTAINING A MACHINE
REQUIRED TO BE LICENSED UNDER THIS SECTION WITHOUT
DISPLAYING A LICENSE TAG OR STICKER FOR EACH MACHINE. THE
OWNER OF THE MACHINE, THE PROPRIETOR, AND THE MANAGER OF THE
ESTABLISHMENT MAY BE PROSECUTED FOR VIOLATING THE
REQUIREMENT TO PROMINENTLY DISPLAY A LICENSE TAG OR STICKER
FOR EACH MACHINE REQUIRED TO BE LICENSED.
[(d)] (E) Each violation of the provisions of this
section is a misdemeanor punishable by fine of not less than
fifty nor more than two hundred dollars FOR EACH DAY OF THE
VIOLATION.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.

AN ACT concerning
Cecil County - Ordinances and Resolutions
FOR the purpose of requiring that ordinances and resolutions
passed by the Board of County Commissioners of Cecil
County be kept by the clerk to the Board and shall be
indexed by page number in the official minutes of the
Board; providing that the minutes and index shall be
the official public record of the actions of the Board;
providing that the minutes and index shall be available
for public inspection; providing the official public
record shall be admissible as evidence; and providing
that the effective date of a Cecil County act,
ordinance, or resolution shall be the date set in the
act, ordinance, or resolution.
BY adding to
The Public Local Laws of Cecil County
Section 1-34 and 1-35 to be under the new
article "Article VI. Procedures for Enactment
of Ordinances and Resolutions"
