(7)  Charles COUNTY,

(8)  Cecil COUNTY,

(9)  Garrett COUNTY,

(10)  Howard COUNTY,

(11)   Kent COUNTY,

(12)   [Somerset] ST. MARY'S COUNTY,

(13)   [St. Mary's] SOMERSET COUNTY,

(14)  Washington COUNTY, [and]

(15)  Wicomico COUNTY, AND [counties and in the
towns of North  Beach and Chesapeake Beach in Calvert County
and in the]

(16)  Town of Ocean City in Worcester County.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.
