(2)  Pays the application fee [required by §
12-303 of this subtitle] SET BY THE BOARD; and

(3) Provides adequate evidence that:

(i) At the time the applicant was licensed.
in the other state, the applicant was qualified to take the
examination that then was required by the laws of this
State; and

(ii) The applicant qualified for a license
in the other state by passing an examination administered in
that or any other state.

(a) Subject to the provisions of this section, the
Board shall waive the examination requirements of this
subtitle for an applicant who:

(1)  Attains on the [federal licensing
examination] FEDERATION LICENSING EXAMINATION a passing
score as set by the Board under its rules and regulations;
or

(2)  Holds a certificate of proficiency and
professional standing of:

(i) The National Board of Medical
Examiners;

(ii) The board of medical examiners of
another state; or

(iii) The National Board of Examiners for
Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons, if the certificate is
issued after January 1, 1971.

(c) If , the applicant is licensed to practice
osteopathy in this State under [Title 11 of this article] §
14-318 OF THIS SUBTITLE, the Board may grant a waiver under
this section only if the applicant:

(1)   Submits the application fee required by the
Board under 14-307 of this subtitle; and

(2)  Provides adequate evidence that the
applicant:

(i) Meets the qualifications otherwise
required by this title; and
