(c) (1) In Wicomico and Somerset counties, [exclusive
of the Manokin River,] any State resident holding a current
tonging license may catch oysters on any leased oyster
bottom if [he] THE STATE RESIDENT first obtains the written
permission of the lessee of the leased oyster bottom.

(2) A LESSEE OR A BONA FIDE REPRESENTATIVE OF A
LESSEE WHO HAS WRITTEN PERMISSION FROM THE LESSEE IS NOT
REQUIRED TO HAVE A TONGING LICENSE IN THE MANOKIN RIVER.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.

AN ACT concerning

Prince George's County - State's Attorney - Salary

PG 303-82

FOR the purpose of altering the salary of the Prince
George's County State's Attorney and. the assistant
State's attorney; providing that the fixed salary
increase will be implemented in a definite step manner
over a certain period of time; altering the number of
deputy State's attorneys, principal assistant State's
attorneys, and assistant State's attorneys in Prince
George's County; relating generally to the Prince
George's County State's Attorney's office; and
providing that this Act does not affect the incumbent.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Article 10 - Attorneys at Law and Attorneys in Fact

Section 40(q)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
