Article 11 - Frederick County

2-2-28.

THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS SHALL PROVIDE FOR THE
ENFORCEMENT OF ALL COUNTY ORDINANCES, RESOLUTIONS, RULES,
REGULATIONS, AND BYLAWS BY FINE, PENALTY, OR IMPRISONMENT,
AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW. A FINE OR PENALTY FOR AN OFFENSE MAY
NOT EXCEED $1,000 OR 6 MONTHS IMPRISONMENT. THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS MAY PROVIDE THAT EACH DAY'S VIOLATION
IS A SEPARATE OFFENSE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.

AN ACT concerning

Oysters - Tonging - Manokin River -
Leased Oyster Bottoms

FOR the purpose of allowing a State resident who holds a
current tonging license to catch oysters in the Manokin
River without a tonging license on a leased oyster
bottom if the State resident obtains certain permission
providing that a tonging license is not required in the
Manokin River for certain persons; and making a
stylistic change.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
