(d)   In cooperation with the Department of Health and
Mental Hygiene, the Department of Education shall adopt
standards, rules, and regulations to carry out the
provisions of this section.

(e)  A student whose parent or guardian objects in
writing to hearing and vision [testing] SCREENING on the
ground that it conflicts with the tenets and practice of a
recognized church or religious denomination of which he is
an adherent or member may not be required to take these
[tests] SCREENINGS.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.

AN ACT concerning

Charitable Organizations - Contributions by Credit Card

FOR the purpose of permitting contributions to charitable
organizations to be made through the use of credit
cards; facilitating charitable contributions by credit
card by altering the definition of "services" in
relation to retail credit accounts; prohibiting the

assessment of finance charges on charitable

contributions until the contributor is billed; and
generally relating to charitable contributions by
credit card.
