(B) WHEN THE BOARD IS NOTIFIED OF THE EXISTENCE OF A
DONATED BODY, THE BOARD MAY REMOVE THE BODY TO A DESIGNATED
MORGUE IN BALTIMORE CITY.
(C) THE DONATED BODY SHALL BE UNDER THE EXCLUSIVE
CONTROL OF THE BOARD AND SHALL BE EMBALMED PROPERLY BY AN
INDIVIDUAL WHOM THE BOARD DESIGNATES.
5-407.
The Board shall FIRST distribute bodies OR BODY PARTS
that are under its exclusive control equitably among the
schools described in § 5-403 of this subtitle[.], AND THEN,
AT THE BOARD'S DISCRETION, DISTRIBUTE BODIES OR BODY PARTS.
TO OTHER MEDICAL STUDY PROGRAMS. These bodies OR BODY PARTS
may be used only for the promotion and application of
medical sciences.

NOTHING IN THIS SUBTITLE MAY BE CONSTRUED TO DENY THE
RIGHT OF A DONOR TO PROVIDE BY LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OR BY
CONTRACT FOR THE ULTIMATE DISPOSITION AND REPOSE OF THE
DONOR'S LAST REMAINS.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.

AN ACT concerning
Blue Crabs - License Revocations and
Suspensions; Catching and Possession of Crabs
FOR the purpose of authorizing the Department of Natural
Resources to revoke or suspend any license issued under
the subtitle concerning crabs, on certain grounds and
after certain notice and hearing; and making this Act
contingent upon the passage failure to take effect of
another Act. allowing the possession of 10 hard crabs
per bushel or 25 hard crabs per barrel that measure
less than 5 inches across the shell from tip to tip of
spike.
