(A) EACH COURT SHALL REPORT TO THE BOARD EACH

CONVICTION OF OR ENTRY OF A PLEA OF GUILTY OR NOLO

CONTENDERE BY A PHYSICAL THERAPIST OR PHYSICAL THERAPIST
ASSISTANT FOR ANY CRIME INVOLVING PROFESSIONAL MISCONDUCT OR
MORAL TURPITUDE.

(B) THE COURT SHALL SUBMIT THE REPORT WITHIN 10 DAYS
OF THE CONVICTION OR ENTRY OF THE PLEA.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.

Preamble

The General Assembly hereby finds and declares that the
certification of alcoholism programs is an important step
toward eliminating substandard alcoholism treatment programs
which operate in this State.
