3.  Sociology; and

4.  Selected treatment modalities;
and

(2) At least 6 months of supervised, full-time
field work experience at a recognized educational
institution or in a training program approved by the
educational institution where the applicant met the academic
requirements.

(e) An applicant for an occupational therapy assistant
license shall have completed successfully:

(1)  The academic requirements of an educational
program for occupational therapy assistants that is
recognized by the Board and approved by the American
Occupational Therapy Association[; and] OR BY THE WORLD
FEDERATION OF OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY; AND

(2)  At least 2 months of supervised, full-time
field work experience at a recognized educational
institution or in a training program approved by the
educational institution where the applicant met the academic
requirements.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.

AN ACT concerning

Drug Formulary of Equivalent Drug Products

FOR the purpose of providing for the automatic listing in
the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene's Drug
Formulary of all drug products that meet certain
standards and requirements and that the Commissioner of
Food and Drugs, United States Food and Drug
Administration has approved as safe and effective and
determined to be therapeutically equivalent.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
