Chapter 804 of the Acts of 1981

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That on July 1,
1983 1984, [this] ARTICLE 78, § 54C(B) OF THE ANNOTATED
CODE, AS ENACTED BY THIS Act shall terminate and be of no
further force and effect.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.

AN ACT concerning

State Concessions - Leases - Minority Business Enterprises

FOR the purpose of providing that the State ensure that the
procedures for awarding certain leases be structured to
attempt to achieve the result of a certain level of
minority business enterprise participation; providing
for the promulgation of regulations; and making
stylistic changes.
