(2) IN ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, THE MEMBERS OF THE
DEMOCRATIC PARTY CENTRAL COMMITTEE FOR THE COUNTY SHALL BE
ELECTED AS FOLLOWS: 3 MEMBERS EACH FROM LEGISLATIVE
DISTRICTS 31, 32, AND 33, AND 3 MEMBERS FROM LEGISLATIVE
DISTRICT 30 INCLUDING THAT PORTION OF THE POPULATION LOCATED
IN ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY THAT IS A PART OF LEGISLATIVE
DISTRICT 29.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the
provisions of this Act apply to central committee members
beginning with those elected in the next succeeding primary
election.

SECTION 2 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect June 1, 1982.

AN ACT concerning

Trucks - Financing Charge

FOR the purpose of exempting the sale of used trucks, truck
tractors, trailers, and semitrailers purchased for
industrial, commercial, or agricultural purposes from
certain finance charge limits.
