REDEMPTION OF REVERSIONS OF LEASES FOR LONGER THAN 15 YEARS.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982. It shall remain effective
for a period of 2 years and, at the end of June 30, 1984,
and with no further action required by the General Assembly,
this Act shall be abrogated and of no further force and
effect.

AN ACT concerning

Election Laws - Anne Arundel County - Party
Central Committees

FOR the purpose of providing that the members of the
political party central committees in Anne Arundel
County be elected in a certain manner; and providing
that the provisions of this Act apply as of a certain
election.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
read(s) as follows:

Article 33 - Election Code

11-2.

(f) (1) In Anne Arundel County, the members of the
REPUBLICAN party central committees COMMITTEE for the county
shall be elected as follows: [two from legislative district
30, three from legislative district 31, three from
legislative district 32, and three from legislative district
33] 3 MEMBERS FROM EACH LEGISLATIVE DISTRICT WHOLLY
CONTAINED WITHIN ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY AND 1 MEMBER FROM THAT
PORTION WITHIN ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY OF ANY LEGISLATIVE
DISTRICT THAT IS PARTIALLY CONTAINED WITHIN ANNE ARUNDEL
COUNTY.
