Association AND MAY NOT BE USED FOR ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS.

No part of the aforesaid appropriations shall be used
by the Maryland State Firemen's Association for
administrative costs.]
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section(s)
43, 43A, and 45A, respectively, of Article 38A - Fires and
Investigations, of the Annotated Code of Maryland be
renumbered to be Section(s) 42A, 44, and 46, respectively.
SECTION 2 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.

AN ACT concerning
Water Quality Loan of 1974
FOR the purpose of increasing from $5 million to $10 million
the portion of the proceeds of the Water Quality Loan
of 1974 available for State loans to assist counties,
municipalities and State and local agencies in the
construction of sewer facilities. facilities;
authorizing the Board of Public Works to utilize
certain proceeds of the Water Quality Loan of 1974 to
provide grants, loans, and loan guarantees to State and
local governmental entities under certain circumstances
for the acquisition, construction, equipping,
rehabilitation, and improvement of sewage treatment
plants and related facilities, solid waste processing
and disposal facilities, water supply facilities, and
projects to control agriculturally related nonpoint
sources of water pollution; providing that financial
assistance under Section 5(b) of the Water Quality Loan
Act of 1974 be made only under certain conditions and
limitations and may not exceed certain percentages of
the eligible costs of a project; defining eligible
costs for certain projects; providing that the portion
of eligible costs of any project to control
agriculturally related nonpoint source water pollution
