LAWS OF MARYLAND

Ch. 21

(D)  STATE ADVISORY BOARD.

"STATE ADVISORY BOARD" MEANS THE STATE ADVISORY BOARD
OF JUVENILE SERVICES.

to allow concise reference to the State Advisory
Board without confusion with the advisory boards
for facilities authorized under § 6-119 of this
subtitle.

6-102. ADMINISTRATION ESTABLISHED.

THERE IS A JUVENILE SERVICES ADMINISTRATION IN THE
DEPARTMENT.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived
without substantive change from former Article

nomenclature.

The former provision that conferred on the

provided ... in the laws of this State" is
deleted as unnecessary.

Defined term: "Department" § 1-101
