A PERSON WHO VIOLATES ANY PROVISION OF §§ 5-502 THROUGH
5-505 OF THIS SUBTITLE IS GUILTY OF A MISDEMEANOR AND ON
CONVICTION IS SUBJECT TO A FINE NOT EXCEEDING $1,000.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This subsection formerly appeared as
Article 43, § 367C.

(B)  VIOLATIONS OF § 5-506.

IS SUBJECT TO A FINE NOT EXCEEDING $200 OR IMPRISONMENT NOT

EXCEEDING 6 MONTHS.
