Ch. 284

Article - Transportation
[6-203.1.

(a)  The Administrator, in consultation with the
Secretary, shall appoint, subject to the advice and consent
of the Senate, an advisory board to the Administration.

(b)  The advisory board shall be of a size and
composition determined by the Administrator and shall be
representative of the different professional and commercial
areas and interests with which the Administration is
concerned. It shall include but is not limited to
representatives recommended by:

(1)  Organized labor;

(2)  Shipping interests;

(3)  Freight forwarders;

(4)  Terminal operators;

(5)  Baltimore City;

(6)  Baltimore County;

(7)  Anne Arundel County;

(8)  Dorchester County;

(9)  The Delmarva Advisory Council;

(10)  The President of the State Senate and the
Speaker of the House of Delegates;

(11)  The greater Baltimore committee;

(12)  The Maryland Chamber of Commerce; and

(13)  A minority group

(c)  The advisory board shall advise the Administration
in the planning of capital improvement projects that relate
to the construction, acquisition, extension, enlargement,- or
improvement of facilities of the Port of Baltimore.]

7-302.

(a) To the extent practicable, the transit plans
prepared by the Administration shall:

(1) Implement the general development plan of
the Regional Planning Council; and
