AN ACT concerning

Transportation - Advisory and Joint Legislative
Committees and Boards

FOR the purpose of abolishing a certain advisory board;
abolishing, as of a certain date, the Joint Legislative
Committee on Metropolitan Mass Transit, and, as of that
date, repealing provisions relating to the Committee's
functions, powers, and responsibilities; repealing, as
of a certain date, a provision concerning the
submission of certain plans to the Joint Legislative
Committee on Metropolitan Mass Transit; repealing
certain obsolete provisions; transferring certain
provisions to the Session Laws; repealing certain
provisions that authorized the Mass Transit
Administration to create certain advisory committees;
clarifying language; and generally relating to the
advisory and joint legislative committees, boards, and
commissions within or otherwise connected to the
Maryland Department of Transportation.

BY transferring, without amendments, from the Code to the
