(5) An authorized correctional official or
probation officer of the United States or a state, district,
or territory of the United States if that jurisdiction has
made reciprocal provision by law for the furnishing of
similar information to comparable officials of this State;
(7) The Attorney General of Maryland;
(8) The Inmate Grievance Commission to the
extent relevant to a matter pending before it, and with the
written consent of the person to whom the information
pertains;
(9) The Division of Vocational Rehabilitation of
the Department, of Education solely for the purpose of
determining if a person confined at the Institution
qualifies for benefits provided by the Division;
(10) Providers of medical care when medical
records are required to the extent necessary to assure
proper medical treatment; [and]
(11) A judge of a circuit court, district court,
or the Supreme Bench of Baltimore City when required in
connection with pretrial release, presentence, or
postsentence investigation[.]; AND
(12) STATE, LOCAL, FEDERAL, AND PRIVATE AGENCIES
TO THE EXTENT THE RELEASE OF THE INFORMATION WILL BENEFIT AN
INMATE, AND WITH THE WRITTEN CONSENT OF THE PERSON TO WHOM
THE INFORMATION PERTAINS.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1982.

State Board of Sanitarian Registration - Continuation
FOR the purpose of continuing the State Board of Sanitarian
Registration in accordance with the provisions of the
Regulatory Programs Evaluation Act of 1978 (Sunset Law)
by extending to a certain date the termination
provision relating to the statutory and regulatory
authority of the State Board of Sanitarian Registration
