2524 LAWS OF MARYLAND Ch. 253 AN ACT concerning Disorderly Conduct FOR the purpose of prohibiting a person from acting in a BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, Article 27 - Crimes and Punishments Section 123 Annotated Code of Maryland (1976 Replacement Volume and 1981 Supplement) SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF Article 27 - Crimes and Punishments 123. [(c)] (A) [No] A person [shall] MAY NOT act in a [(d)] (B) Any person violating the prohibitions of this section [shall be deemed] IS guilty of a misdemeanor[;], and upon conviction [thereof], shall be subject to a fine of not more than [fifty dollars] $50, or be confined in jail for a period of not more than [sixty] 60 days or be both fined and imprisoned in the discretion of SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act Approved May 20, 1982. CHAPTER 254
