(A) DUTY OF LICENSED DISINFECTOR.

EACH LICENSED DISINFECTOR SHALL KEEP AN ACCURATE RECORD

OF:

(1)  ALL BEDDING, BEDDING COMPONENT. PARTS, OR
FILLING MATERIAL THAT THE DISINFECTOR HAS DISINFECTED;

(2)  THE DISINFECTION DATE; AND

(3)  THE NAME AND ADDRESS OF THE OWNER OF EACH
DISINFECTED OBJECT.

(B) INSPECTION BY DEPARTMENT.

THE DEPARTMENT MAY INSPECT THE RECORDS AT ANY
REASONABLE TIME.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived
without substantive change from the third
sentence of former Article 43, § 67C(b).

11-422. DUTY OF DISINFECTOR TO TAG.

AFTER DISINFECTING ANY BEDDING, BEDDING COMPONENT
PARTS, OR FILLING MATERIAL, A LICENSED DISINFECTOR SHALL
PLACE ON THE TAG REQUIRED BY. § 11-423 OF THIS SUBTITLE THE
NUMBER OF THE LICENSE ISSUED TO THE DISINFECTOR.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived
without substantive change from former Article
43, § 67C(c).

The term "licensed disinfector" is substituted
for "any person who has a valid permit for these
purposes" in light of the definitions of
"license" and "disinfector" in § 11-401 of this
subtitle.

The former reference to a person obtaining the
services of a licensed disinfector is deleted as
unnecessary.

11-423. TYPES OF TAGS.

(A) NEW FILLING MATERIAL.

(1)  A MANUFACTURER OR SUPPLY DEALER SHALL ATTACH
A WHITE TAG TO ANY BEDDING OR UPHOLSTERED FURNITURE THAT THE
MANUFACTURER OR SUPPLY DEALER STUFFS WITH ONLY NEW FILLING
MATERIAL.

(2)  THE TAG SHALL CONTAIN:

(I) THE WORDS "ALL NEW MATERIAL";
