(1)  "WHOLESALER" MEANS A PERSON WHO SELLS ANY
BEDDING OR UPHOLSTERED FURNITURE TO ANOTHER PERSON FOR
RESALE.

(2)  "WHOLESALER" DOES NOT INCLUDE AN AFFILIATE
OR SUBSIDIARY CORPORATION OF A MANUFACTURER THAT IS THE
EXCLUSIVE SALES OUTLET OF THE MANUFACTURER.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This subsection formerly appeared as
Article 43, § 65(17).

In paragraph (1) of this subsection, the former
phrase "on his own account" is deleted as
unnecessary.

which defined "Commissioner" to mean the

(B)  DUTIES.

THE DEPARTMENT SHALL:

(1) INSPECT AND SUPERVISE THE MAKING AND SELLING
OF ALL BEDDING AND UPHOLSTERED FURNITURE THAT IS SUBJECT TO
THIS SUBTITLE; AND
