(I)  TO POSSESS WITH INTENT TO SELL; OR

(II)  TO OFFER, DISPLAY, OR ADVERTISE FOR
SALE.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This subsection is new language derived
without substantive change from the first
sentence of former Article 43, § 65(14).

In item (1) of this subsection, the former list
of commercial transactions is deleted as
unnecessary in light of the broad phrase "in any
commercial manner".

In item (2) of this subsection, the term
"advertise" is added to reflect the reference to
"advertises" in former Article 43, § 67A(a).

CO) SUPPLY DEALER.

"SUPPLY DEALER" MEANS A PERSON WHO MAKES OR SELLS AT
WHOLESALE ANY FILLING MATERIAL.

The former enumeration of types of filling
materials and packaging is deleted as
unnecessary.

(P) UPHOLSTERED FURNITURE.

(1)  "UPHOLSTERED FURNITURE" MEANS ANY FURNITURE
THAT IS STUFFED OR FILLED WITH FILLING MATERIAL.

(2)  "UPHOLSTERED FURNITURE" DOES NOT INCLUDE
BEDDING.

In paragraph (1) of this subsection, the former
reference to types of filling materials is
deleted as unnecessary in light of the definition
of "filling material".

Paragraph (2) of this subsection is new language
