2460                                  LAWS OF MARYLAND                                Ch. 240

(2) ANY MODEL OF AN AIRCRAFT, SHIP, MOTOR
VEHICLE, RAILROAD ENGINE, CAR, ROCKETSHIP OR OTHER
SPACECRAFT, OR ANY PART OF THE MODEL.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section formerly appeared as
Article 43, § 54G.

In subsection (b) of this section, the excepted
items have been rearranged so that "toy gun" is
set apart from the models. Because a toy gun is
a model of a gun, the former reference to a
"model" toy gun was redundant.

The only other changes are in style.

The attention of the General Assembly is called
to the fact that there is no penalty for
violation of this section.
