OR SPRING BY NATURAL FORCE OR IS WITHDRAWN BY PUMPING, OTHER
MECHANICAL DEVICE, OR ARTIFICIAL PROCESS.

FORMATION FROM WHICH GROUND WATER MAY BE PRODUCED.
