(B) NOTICE ON CHANGE OF INFORMATION.

WITHIN 10 DAYS AFTER THE DISTRICT MAKES ANY CHANGE IN
THE LOCATION OF THE DISTRICT'S PRINCIPAL OFFICE, THE
DISTRICT SHALL NOTIFY THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF ASSESSMENTS
AND TAXATION OF THE CHANGE.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived
without substantive change from the eighth and
ninth sentences of former Article 43, § 646.

In this section, "notify" is substituted for
"certify" for clarity.

In subsection (a) of this section, the former

reference to "the secretary" of the district

giving the required notice is deleted as
unnecessary.

COUNTY DISTRICT CONSISTS OF THE FOLLOWING NUMBERS OF
SANITARY COMMISSIONERS, EACH APPOINTED BY THE GOVERNING BODY
OF THE MEMBER COUNTY:

(I) ALLEGANY COUNTY, 7.

(II) DORCHESTER COUNTY, 5.

(III) GARRETT COUNTY, 5.

(IV) KENT COUNTY, 5.
