THE SECRETARY MAY:

COURT ORDERS ISSUED UNDER THIS SUBTITLE; AND

(2)  IF THERE IS AN IMMINENT DANGER TO PUBLIC
HEALTH, PUBLISH INFORMATION ABOUT ANY HAZARDOUS MATERIAL.

without substantive change from former Article

the disposition thereof" is deleted as included
in "summaries".

broadening the Secretary's authority to publish

section to include all instances of danger to
the public health, rather than only those that
are "imminent".

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section formerly appeared as
Article 43, § 813(c).

The only changes are in style.

GENERAL REVISOR'S NOTE:

The attention of the General Assembly is called to the
fact that there is no penalty for violation of this subtitle
or the rules or regulations adopted under it.
